Collecting Objects and Stories: Women In Steel

Did you or one of the women in your family work in the Steel Industry? If so, tell us your story!

Join us at this free, drop-in event celebrating International Women’s Day and tell us about your experience, recent or historic, of women’s working life in the industry. Our curators would love to see any photographs, memorabilia, documents and objects you might have too – just bring them along. With your help, the museums will be able to better tell Sheffield’s remarkable steel story.
