Finding Lost Norton Park: Digging Deeper for All: Introductory Walk

Join an archaeologist and explore the rich history and archaeology of Graves Park on this FAMILY-FRIENDLY walk.  The event forms part of ‘Finding Lost Norton Park: Digging Deeper for All’ project, a project led by the Friends of Graves Park and supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.  This 2 hour walk will highlight not only the archaeology of the park itself, but also the earlier landscape, including possible prehistoric remains hidden in plain sight. The walk will also provide you with the opportunity to find out and get involved in the planned archaeological, historical and ecological investigations as part of the project

Difficulty: Easy walk using well established paved footpaths
