Ever wanted to learn more about Sheffield’s history? Why not start with a fascinating glimpse into Sheffield’s Victorian past on our guided tour of this Grade II* listed historic Cemetery. Meet the residents who shaped Sheffield’s history, from Mark Firth and Samuel Holberry to the Cole Brothers and George Bassett, and many more.

1pm and 2pm Wives and Relicts Tours

Mark International Women’s Day by learning about the lives of women, rich and poor, linked to the Cemetery. Our book “She Lived Unknown” which complements the tour will be on sale during the afternoon and can be purchased online.

Limited numbers so pre-booking is essential!

Our café and bookstall will be open between 2 and 4pm at the Samuel Worth Chapel. Purchases by debit/credit card or phone app (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay) only.
