JUHS bi-monthly meeting
Tuesday, 23rd May 2023
4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Bradbury Makers Shed, Hillsborough Park
Our next bi-monthly meeting is on Tuesday 23rd May 2023, and is a “hybrid” meeting, so you can either attend in person at the Bradbury Makers Shed in Hillsborough Park, Middlewood Road Sheffield S6 4HB or online via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81703876531?pwd=YTUvaTZBQVE0U2toNXZkV3E5OUliUT09.
We are delighted to welcome both Friends of Hillsborough Park and the Sheffield Visual Arts Group to speak about their work.
Friends of Hillsborough Park will give an overview of their activities maintaining the garden, promoting the park and researching Hillsborough Hall (with a short tour before the meeting starts – see below).
Sheffield Visual Arts Group will talk about working with Wessex Archaeology to create a free interactive digital map featuring public artworks across Sheffield, generated by nominations from members of the public.
Please do join us. We especially welcome updates from local groups about their work. This is a great chance to make connections and to discuss problems and opportunities for Sheffield’s heritage.
