Loxley Cemetery Open Day

Come and rediscover Loxley Cemetery! Looking increasingly lovely after decades of neglect, Loxley Cemetery was a hidden, forgotten part of the community. Since 2021 volunteers have been working clearing the cemetery, making it accessible, and recording burial details. Come and find us at our Open Day on Monday 1st May, 10am to 4pm. We will have our burial records and site plans for you to discover your ancestors’ graves. And we are running tours of the Flood Graves and War Graves, at 11am and again at 2pm.
