Meet on the bridge over the River Sheaf on Saxon Road (just off Chesterfield Road). A walk around Meersbrook and the story of the brook which was the former boundary between Yorkshire and Derbyshire until 1900.
Exploring and tracing the route of the Meers Brook from the River Sheaf to Cat Lane woods. Telling the story of the past whilst seeking out remnants of times gone by.
A circular walk starting and finishing on Saxon Road.
