Notable Graves and Memorials of Loxley Cemetery

The cemetery will be open on Sunday 20 September during the Heritage Open Days, for conducted tours of notable graves and memorials which have come to light during recent investigations.

The cemetery will be open 11.00-16.00 on the day and visitors will be able to walk around the site and view over 5000 grave plots, and a church/chapel that is 240 years old. Volunteers will be on hand to help visitors locate grave plots using an electronic database.
Books, magazines, CDs, maps etc will be available to purchase.
