Sheffield Celebrates Black History Month 2025

Be empowered, educated and entertained! Each October, Sheffield joins a national celebration to highlight Black history, culture and heritage, and empower people to stand in unity and take action against racism.

The theme for Black History Month 2025 is “Standing Firm in Power and Pride”; and Sheffield is hosting a range of events throughout October in celebration.
