Discover the stories behind some of our 87,000 burials, see the French-inspired catacombs and the listed monuments & structures including the recently restored Samuel Worth Chapel, in this unique and historic Victorian landscaped ‘Garden Cemetery’.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No minimum age but the tour is aimed at adults and is more suitable for children aged over 11.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to bring your ticket – we shall have your name on a list and you can be checked in when you arrive.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
On street parking on and around Cemetery Avenue close to the Gatehouse entrance. Nearest bus stops are on Ecclesall Road – Collegiate Crescent stop
