Entry and refreshments are free, although there will be opportunities to make voluntary donations via cash or contactless if people would like to do so at the back of the Church building.
St Paul’s Church, Wordsworth Avenue is a Grade II* Listed building, designed by Sir Basil Spence. We are opening the Church on the last Thursday morning of the month between 10-11.30am from June – October as a initial trial period, with the intention of doing so more regularly beyond that if it proves successful.
Our regular weekly Coffee Drop-In will be taking place at the same time in our Church Hall, so visitors would be able to have a hot drink and piece of cake alongside visiting the Church itself. Entry is free, although there will be the option to make a donation towards the work and upkeep of the Church if people would like to do so.
