The story of John Wilson, the oldest and foremost firm in the world specialising in the manufacture of Butchers and Provision Dealers Cutlery. They are one of Sheffield’s oldest cutlery companies, established in 1750 in Sycamore Street. They are the owners of the famous Pepper and Diamond. They even made knives for Eskimos. There will also be an opportunity to view and handle objects made by the firm.
