Ecclesfield & District Archive

We are a small group, who are interested in the heritage of the Parish of Ecclesfield which includes, High Green, Grenoside, Chapeltown, Thorncliffe, Burncross and Ecclesfield. We try to meet on Tuesday mornings at Ecclesfield Parish Council in High Green to discuss and digitise submissions. We are purely an online archive, although we do hold exhibition days twice a year displaying life through the years within the Parish. We also have a walking website which shows different heritage walks around the parish (https://www.ecclesfield-parish-walks.co.uk/).
