Sheffield Historic Buildings Trust (SHBT)

Sheffield Historic Buildings Trust is now a charity (Charitable Incorporated Organisation). We have a core of volunteer building professionals, and are a practical rather than a campaigning organisation. Our aim is to work with developers and with community groups to help them to bring buildings into use.

We’re particularly keen on working with community groups who own or lease buildings that need improving.

We also have a number of people in our wider network who can provide heritage craft skills and can give people links to and advice on these.
