Friends of Loxley Valley need your help
Sheffield City Council refused planning permission for a township of up to 300 homes on the old ‘Hepworth’ brickworks site in the Loxley valley. The developers, Patrick Properties Strategic Land, are appealing against that decision. The council want the refusal to stand and will fight the appeal. The appeal will be heard at a public inquiry beginning on Monday 12th April 2021
Friends of Loxley Valley have launched a fighting fund alongside CPRE Peak District and South Yorkshire so that we can present our own evidence to a public inquiry and stop this huge, unsustainable housing scheme which would be disastrous for the Loxley valley. Expert professional help is needed and we urgently need to raise thousands of pounds.
