Welcome Tosh Warwick – strengthening the heritage group network

Joined Up Heritage Sheffield has engaged Dr. Tosh Warwick as a freelance consultant. Between now and November he will be helping groups that are already registered on our website to get the best out of JUHS, as well looking for more local heritage groups to enrol. If you’re already on our list, expect Tosh to reach out to you to check that your group’s details are up to date, offer help in submitting events and news items, and ask about your experience of JUHS and what you need from us.

There will be a chance to meet him at our bi-monthly meeting on Tuesday 24th September 2024 at 4pm. Details of the venue and a link to attend online will be shared soon.

Tosh is a heritage consultant and historian who established the Heritage Unlocked (www.heritageunlocked.com) consultancy in 2018, and is currently a Research Associate in Urban Studies at the University of Sheffield. He has worked on a number of heritage and history projects across the country, including carrying out development and evaluation of heritage partnerships at the University of Oxford, whilst he has also published on Sheffield’s history and submitted evidence to the UK Government on the challenges and opportunities for Sheffield’s city centre.
