Joined Up Heritage Sheffield is committed to safeguarding the personal information given to it. It is the data controller for this information.

We hold some or all of the following personal information about registered supporters:

  • Name
  • Contact details (including email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses).

We collect this information directly from registered supporters who have filled in an online membership form, contacted us by email or post or signed up on a paper form at a public event. The information is held on an electronic database with access limited to the JUHS officers responsible for circulating newsletters and other information about JUHS to registered supporters.

We hold supporters’ information only for the purposes of communicating with them about JUHS activities and operations. We will not sell or otherwise pass this information to any third party. We will retain this information for as long as registered supporters wish us to do so. They are free to withdraw at any time from receiving communications from JUHS. This can be done by email to info@joinedupheritagesheffield.org.uk or by post to our registered address.
