Video: An update on the redevelopment of Leah’s Yard

Tom Wolfenden, CEO of Sheffield Technology Parks, in partnership with James O’Hara of Rockingham Group, has won the bid to run Leah’s Yard as part of the wider Heart of the City development programme. Leah’s Yard, in Sheffield city centre, is currently undergoing a £6m transformation to bring the buildings back to life. The ambition is to offer a new use for the spaces, respecting and reflecting the rich history of the site whilst offering modern industries the chance to locate in one of Sheffield’s most unique locations. In a talk given to our meeting on 29 March 2022, Tom covers the work so far, the next phase of the renovation and the planned opening for Summer 2023.
